Network now has over 50 agents throughout the country providing superior transportation services. Support services such as MIS, accounting, claims processing, insurance, marketing and training are done at the company’s headquarters in Eagan, MN.

With over 30 years of experience in the transportation industry, Tim Taylor, Network F.O.B.’s owner and president, leads Network’s business operations and exceptional team of Independent Shipping Agents.

Mr. Taylor’s transportation industry career included positions in freight bill auditing, shipper’s association management, airfreight, equipment maintenance, and intermodal and ocean freight before launching Network F.O.B. in 1987.

Often sought on a national basis for speaking engagements, Mr. Taylor is widely respected as an educator and mentor to aspiring transportation entrepreneurs as well as seasoned professionals.

Building on Over 30 Years of Freight Expertise

Network F.O.B. traces its roots to 1971 when it was first incorporated as Metro Cartage, spending its first 11 years serving steamship companies under the name Ocean Container Services.

In 1987, the company was sold to present ownership and renamed Network F.O.B., Inc. Originally based in Bloomington, MN, Network F.O.B. established its current corporate headquarters in Eagan, MN, a suburb of Minneapolis/St. Paul, in 1993.
